I have weird problem with one of the alpha 3000/400 machine.
Once the machine is switched off, for some upgrades, and switch back on,
there are no lights on the back (led's) turning on. Machine seems to just
sit there doing nothing. no self test... If I leave the machine turned off
for an hour or so and then try again, it works just fine.
what is this due to? Any pointers...

PS: I have dunix 3.2c on the system. (although it does not matter at this point)
