i'm having problems with the timezone configuration in du4.0, the system
always reports the GMT time ...

i'v used the "timezone" system command unsuccessfully, i'v also created some
simbolic links in /etc, TIMEZONE -> /etc/zoneinfo/WET and localtime ->
/etc/zoneinfo/WET, that other os's use for this purpose ...

i'v detected that the file created by the "timezone" command is
/etc/svid2_tZ that has the content:

TZ=GMT0GMT
TZC="0 dst 3"

i'v also executed the "settz" command after the changes.

as a detail, i'm also running xntpd as a GMT reference, the only problem is
with timezones, the system always ignores the settings ...

In advance, Thanks for all the help.
