Dear managers.
recently we have had problems with "flavours" of korn shell on different platforms. This has amounted so far to lots of changes being required to all of the "test" and "grep" commands in the scripts. The problem has been caused by unsupported command options and is more than a little annoying.
Is there any way of having an emulation of a certain flavour and platforms korn environment as an emulator to help test.
Short of buying a box for each environment to cross test scripts there does not seem a lot we can do.....
