Sendmail and AOL

Hello gurus,

I appologize if this is skirting the edge of appropriateness here,
but I am stuck and you all seem to have all of the answers! :-)
Basicaly, I have several (30+) faculty members that wish to have
their e-mail forwarded to an outside provider for the summer months.
Fine, I've been using /etc/aliases instead of trying to manage tons of
.forward files. Anyway, it appears that AOL accounts are not receiving
the forwarded messages. I've tried using the different methods of
forwarding with no luck. I can mail directly to the aol account, however.
My Sendmail knowledge is slim at best, but it appears that something about
the forwarded message is not kosher with AOL's servers? Maybe some
"paranoid" settings on their end? Regardless, I am sure that there might
be a way to configure a part of my end that can make them happy. If
anyone has experience in this please help me out. I appologize if the
scope of this question is too broad to address as is, just let me know if
more info is required.

Here is a header from a mail I sent to an alias for me here from one of
my other accounts...

Incidentaly, gatekeeper is our firewall. lc is the mail machine.
tetranet is the account I used to mail it. I'm not sure why, but the "may
be forged" part is on ALL mails we get, but it doesn't appear on the ones
we send. This is a message FROM here (lc/gatekeeper) to tetranet...

Any insight is appreciated. Any clues to check for in the
sendmail.cf (on gatekeeper and/or lc) is appreciated.

Thanks,

Britt
