Known TCP/IP attack vulnerability with 4.0D+patches?

My 4100 has been crashing lately - it has also been the target of
hackers using network abuse programs, and I'm wondering if the system
itself is vulnerable.

I was running 4.0B with patch 4 or 5. When it started crashing, I upped
to 4.0D with patch 1, yet it still crashed, with "m_copym length" as the
panic message. The only reference to this I could find was with 3.2D
systems and mrouted.

Is 4.0D still vulnerable to certain TCP/IP or other DOS attacks?

I've got a call in to Digital to debug it...
