My original post:

We are running DU 4.0d and I need to check the kernel parameters for a
software package that we want to install. I would like to get a printout,
file, of the all of the Kernel Parameters. I know I have done this before
but I am unable to remember how I did it.

Many thanks to:

Use sysconfig -q subsystem_name and pipe it to a file...
Subsystems include proc, generic, vm, etc.

        they are in /sys/conf/NODENAME
NODENAME is the nodename in caps

One way (the only I know!) is to use
dxkerneltuner and in the file menu choose

save current values as ... or

        save boot values as ...

These otions save ascii readable files.

You can run dxkerneltuner(8) to see/change kernel parameters
graphically, or use the sysconfig(8) command to print out/change
kernel parameters from the command line.

Once again thanks for the support....
