Administrivia: Search Form Update

The ORNL mailing list search engine for this list has been modified to
include the ability to limit the search to postings to just this
list. This applies to the simple search form:

    http://www-archive.ornl.gov:8000/

And the power search form:

    http://www-archive.ornl.gov:8000/archive/power.htm

If you have any trouble accessing or using this search engine, please
let me know.
