2 GB High Perf memory option

In SOC Alpha 4000/4100 (April 98) I read about 2GB High Performance memory
option (EDO, 50ns) and other (EDO,60ns).

The 50 ns option looks pretty good.

1- Is there some experience using both options and its impact in
performance ?
2- How many times :-) higher could be the price of the 50 ns option in
comparison with the 60 ns?
