I have a DECStation 433au with a 4 GB disk from DEC (RZ1CC-BA). I have added a
Quantum XP34550W as a second internal disk. I am now seeing the following
errors (as printed out by dia) on the second disk:

I am seeing the same thing on another 433au system that I have a Quantum
XP39100W and a Quantum Viking II 9.1 (I see it on both disks).

Any ideas?
