quotas incorrect after O/S upgrade

Hi gurus,

I successfully upgrade (fully installation) our main AlphaStation 1000
group server from DU V3.2 (firmware 3.0) to DU V4.0d (firmware 5.1)
presently unpatched. Everything seems to be fine except the quotas report
incorrect usage:

-- cut --
Disk quotas for user icb1000 (uid 2014):
Filesystem blocks quota limit grace files quota limit grace
        /local3 2226 95000 100000 263 0 0
        /local6 1 995000 1000000 1 0 0
-- cut --

The above I know is incorrect. (Where user accounts reside on /local#).

I have set QUOTA_CONFIG="yes" in /etc/rc.config, checked the fstab
specifies quotas and performed 'quotacheck -av' before enabling the quotas
with 'quotaon -av'. In addition, check the existence of the file
/sbin/init.d/quota.

The V4.0d aggregated patch kit #1 does not report any problems similar to
the above.

Has anybody got any clues. Summary to follow.

Regards,
Rich
