SUMMARY: Making a new tape drive

I got lots of responses for this one all of which amounted to about the same
thing (see the sample response below). However, the most interesting thing
happened. I took down my 4100 and added the tape drive to it, thinking that
I'd deal with the UNIX device later on. When I brought the 4100 back up, the
device, nrmt0h and rmt0h, appeared. I'm still scratching my head on that
one.
