NIS, C2, and forcing password changes on first login

Hello,

  I reading over some of the man pages I found a "u_psw_change_reqd" variable
you can set if you are using C2. It forces the user to change their password
when they successfully login. This works great without NIS, or on the NIS
server, but if I try it on a client box it allows me to change the password
and then says that the "Protected Password information suddenly vanished".
  Anyone else try using this?
