ddr.dbase entry for Eliant 820 tape drive

Does anyone have a working ddr.dbase entry for EXABYTE's Eliant 820 tape
drive? I've tried the one that EXABYTE has on it's web page and it doesn't
work and I've searched the archives. I'm getting low density when I'm
expecting high density with compression. I'm running DU 4.0d.
