Forcing password changes on DU3.2g C2

Hi there once again Gurus,
We have reason to believe that an ex-employee may know some existing
employees passwords, so we would like to force a few select employees to
change their password. We don't want to wipe out the password and ask them
to pick a new one, as they may just reuse the old one.
I have searched the archives and found some similar messages, but no
summaries, and one Summary I did find, I have tried, but couldn't get to
work properly. I have tried setting the u_succhg value in the auth file to
different values like 0 and 99999999999, hoping it would trick it into
thinking it was time for a password change, but it didn't work.
As mentioned in the subject, we are running C2 on DU3.2g, is there anyone
out there that can give me a solution. Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Glenn.
