SUMMARY: HSZ50's and 4.0D

     Looks like a false alarm.
     
     HSZ50's ARE supported under 4.0D.
     
     The problem was caused by a mis communication between our sales rep
     and Digital Pre Sales support.
     
     Now the fun begins. We are replacing our HSZ40's with HSZ50's this
     weekend.

     Alpha Managers,
     
     We have been told by our Digital reseller that HSZ50 controllers are
     not supported under 4.0D of Digital UNIX.
     
     Is this true ? I find it hard to believe, but he tells us that we
     cannot order this combination (HSZ50 and 4.0D).
     
     He also told us that this is a recently discovered problem.
     
     Has any one else heard this (mis)information. ?
