When executed as in
sys_check > schubert.htm
the sys_check script from OSFSYSCHECK107 (cf.
http://www.service.digital.com/edx/edx-unicensus.html) will check if there
is a named proces running. If so, sys_check will on DU v4.x send an IOT
signal to the named process. The purpose is to make named dump statistics
to a file.
If the running named happens to be from BIND v8.1.2, it will be killed.
