"remote" console for alphaservers

Greeting Folks,
        I have a question regarding "remote" console. We
        currently have standalone alpha-servers and what
        we are looking for is :

        1) possible ways to "grab" a console remotely, like
           what the crays have (ows: operator work station).
           Is it possible to grab a alpha-server console
        remotely? We are willing to invest in a worksation
          that can handle these consoles remotely.
        basically what we are looking for is a way to "remotely"
        administer console commands.
