cannot read last block

I receive the following message when trying to mount and advfs partition on an HSZ50 3-disk raidset (DISK430,
DISK530, DISK440)

I talked to HW support and they had me replace the disk being reported as the problem (DISK440). I tried to remount
after the rebuild was complete but got the same error.

Any ideas?
