The DU4.0E release notes incorrectly state the INCLUDED version of Open3D as 4.6.
In realty, AFTER you install it you find out it is *actually* verion 4.9A, which
is the CORRECT version for the PowerStorm 4D51T.
Thinking that the included version was actually too old, I had tried to install
versions from the consolidated distribution, none of which will work.
In summary, ignore the DU4.0E release notes - the included version of Open3D is
the most recent version available (4.9A).
