system availability...

     Hello everyone,
     
     I would like to know a way on how to keep tract of the
     system availability history.
     
     For example: within a year, how many times the system was rebooted,
     or crashed...
     
     Is anyone knows the way on how to keep tract or find this kind of
     information based on Digital UNIX's utilities, etc...
