SUMMARY -- maxqmem parameter OOPS 'maxumem'

Bad practice on my part. I didn't make the programmer who brought this
problem to me write it out. The error message was actually on the "maxumem"
parameter.

Dec Support suggested that this equated to "vm-maxvas" and
"max-per-proc-address" parameter in the sysconfigtab.

Progress tech support said the "svmmlim" and "hvmmlim" might be applicable
in some unix versions.
