problem is solved by DEC oh now COMPAQ by installing a new calbe for interal
bus.
The internal bus had a Wide SCSI-Disk and 2 narrow disks with a complicated
cable configuration.
Now one cable is installed for all internal disks. DEC/COMPAQ Component number:
17-04671-01, P.O.Number: 7ZC45W

second solution: a SCSI-cable tester, we tested all 3 external buses and in each
bus where more than 2 Terminations enabled. After we oppened the disk-boxes and
removed the jumpers for Terminaion enabled everything is fine, every reboot!

SCSI-cable tester (Digital-Component number):FE-ZZZOF-01 50$?

                        Thanks to DEC/COMPAQ-people, H. Baumgartner
