Replacements for man and at on Ultrix

Hi all:
Does anyone know of a more DU-like versions of at and man for Ultrix?
Specifically, I want an at that understands the same set of scheduling
arguments as the at in DU, and a man command that understands the
MANPATH environment variable. I'll of course post a summary.
