Hi,

We got some problems with our 160 Gb advfs domain :

On an AS8200 with DU-4.0B + patch BL10, rmvol command
 fails.
Shortly after starting, it takes 100% CPU time, NFS service
is down and disk activity stops as reproted by iostat.

System errorlog reports no SCSI error.
There is sufficient space available on other volumes.

Running with '-v' option reports this message shortly after beginning :

vesuvio2# rmvol -v /dev/rzb69c bd0
rmvol: Removing volume '/dev/rzb69c' from domain 'bd0'
rmvol: Moving file
    file name: <unknown> (setTag: 2.32769 (0x2.0x8001), tag: 1.32769
(0x1.0x8001))
moving pages - page offset: 351952, page count: 3728

After rmvol prints this message, 100% CPU is used and disk activity stops.
Interrupting rmvol with Ctrl-C responds 5 mn later and disk activity on
NFS service resume at this time.

Our domain configuration given by showfdmn :

vesuvio2# showfdmn bd0

We want to remove volumes 3 and 4

questions are :

- how to use informations given by rmvol -v ?
- how can we recover the domain without recreating it ?

Thanks for your help
