Can not open osf_boot

     Hi,

While working with DEC Alpha 3000 Model 400, Unix 3.2c, I ran into
problems while trying to replace the system disk.

The system disk is DKA300. I added DKB100 (rz9). Then labled it.

Created and mounted the ADVFS partitions on DKB100 that were same as
     the ADVFS partitions on DKA300.

Then did the vdump of all the partitions (including the "/") from
DKA300 and vrestore to DKB100. (Using "pipe").

Finally, I removed DKA300 and installed DKB100 in the place of DKA300.
(I ensured that the SCSI address was 3 on the new disk).

When I booted ( >>>boot dka300 ), the system said "Can not open
     osf_boot".

I have checked to ensure that osf_boot exists on the new disk and that
the permissions are the same as the original disk.

I would appreciate it if you can tell me how can I resolve this
     problem.

     Thank you!
