[ADDENDUM] 8200 10baseT & Cisco switch

I forgot to mention the not so trivial fact that the box is an 8200
5/300 and the network chips on the I/O module are DECchip
21040. Auto-negotiation doesn't work (console replies that it is
unsupported and rather politely suggests setting it back to
Twisted-Pair).
