Hi, managers.
My question were how to correctly determine the allignment needed when
placing different kinds of objects in memory.
The consensus was that there is no **right** way to do this. And it is
certainly not enough just to use an int. I got that idea because of a
programming error in my test program. The best thing to do is to allign
everything with the size of a pointer (which on the Alpha is 64 bits).
