Patch for buffer overflows in at and mh available.

Hi all

I have just received patch SSRT0583U from DEC/Compaq which is for buffer
overflow problems to do with /usr/bin/at and /usr/bin/mh/inc for UNIX 4.0
though to 4.0E. Before applying I could get root using smashdu on
/usr/bin/mh/inc after I cannot.
