Greetings fellow sysadmins,
I am installing a new Tru64Unix site from scratch
and am looking for ideas for "best practice" methods
of managing the site documentation. Any suggestions
for tools or practices would be appreciated.
The specific areas that I'm developing ideas for now
are : backups, system configuration change control,
vendor and support contact information and problem/
solution tracking.
The next phase will be system monitoring and event
notification via email, pager, web, etc.
