Netscape problems from 1 user's account

Dear managers:

I've been trying to figure out why we have segmentation errors when I
bring up netscape from our general user's account. I've tried a couple
of versions of netscape and it works only 20% of the time. When I do an
rsh netscape .... off of other Alpha netscape comes up fine. I was
told by someone to change limits on memory. Here are my limits:

cputime unlimited
filesize unlimited
datasize 65536 kbytes
stacksize 32768 kbytes
coredumpsize 0 kbytes
memoryuse 123336 kbytes
descriptors 4096 files
addressspace 1048576 kbytes

This account has a lot of aliases and setenv directives. But, netscape
does work sometimes, but not always. There is no memory or swap space
problems because all of our other X/11 programs run fine on these
machines and netscape works when we login as another user.

Perplexed,
