Summary: Sendmail and always_add_domain

I had trouble with always_add_domain not working as expected.

It was (as I expected) something dumb on my part. When I built my
dot-mc file some months ago I had missed the part of the doc
that gave the ordering for the various directives. I had all my feature
lines at the end of the file. This is bad... The always_add_domain
is used by mailer(local) and was not set when that macro was
expanded... Ooops....

Reordering the file in the proper sequence fixed this issue.
