can't find advfs patch

I got a message from the DEC patch announcment service about a patch for
ADVFS utilities. THe URL in the message is
http://ftp.service.digital.com/patches/entitled/unix/v/advanced/file/afa436.
README
I cannot find this README or the patch at the ftp site. Is this patch
separate from the patch kit (DUV40DAS00003-1998120)? Where can I find this
patch?
