Very strange
A Digital unix 4.0B system is howing 101% full for a fs with capacity of 9gb
, filled space of 9 GB and available 0. Running a showfsets on the domain
shows just one fset (the mounted, full fset) with no quotas. However, when I
run a du -k on the mounted fs, only 2 GB is used. So as a test I removed the
2GB file and its associated fifo and du shows this to be gone but df -k
stills shows 9gb used none available. Any ideas? The oracle databases create
export files by passing them through a fifo inorder to compress on the fly
which allows better use of disk space. This is the only special use of this
drive. df -k |grep domain shows just one instance of the domain, as does
showdmn and a search on the etc/fdmns directory. Anything else I should look
for.
I will summarise.
