Summary: NFS weirdness SGI<-DEC

Regards managers,

The system in question was a vanilla IRIX 6.5 system, not having the latest
SGI nfs/autofs fixes. IRIX 6.5.1 -> seems to have the appropriate fixes. I
have not seen the problem since january. I'll be back with a more elaborate
summary if I can dig up some more information. Thanks to all who responded.
