Which optimized compile options to use?

I'm porting some code from a AlphaServer 1200 to the new DS20/EV6.
The CFLAGS set now are "-O2 -g3". I don't think these have been
updated in years. This code computes realtime fair-values for
option contracts based on the stock tick. I want to maximize speed
without sacraficing floating point accuracy. Any suggestions?

Also, should I use cc.alt?
