SUMARRY: CDE problems and 4.0E upgrade problems

Hi,

It appears all the problems I've had since upgrading to 4.0E are fixed
by patches available in the aggregate kit I was notified of yesterday.

These include dtpad submenus not appearing, dxaccounts crashes and
Xserver access control problems on local display.

For info the kit is duv40eas00001-19990202 on ftp.service.digital.com
in the public/dunix/v4.0e directory.
