Fun with Email - of Quotas and DeliveryTime

I have two questions on how other Tru64 managers are watching their email
servers.

The first : how is everyone doing quotas? At a user level or a group level? The
basic concern here for us to implement quotas is to prevent someone from suddenly
filling the disk on us. So the quotas will be monitored nightly and adjusted as
necessary. I believe this leaves me with a user level quota plan but wanted to see
if others had any ideas.

Secondly, is anyone doing email monitoring? Im running Big Brother for basic
monitoring of SMTP, IMAP, POP3 etc. I wanted to extend functionality to monitor
the time for message delivery. Before I start digging down into it, was wondering
if anyone has this in place or has some code to share. (I was unimpressed with
MailCheck and didn't want an NT monitor system anyway)

Thanks!
