BMT problem on usr_domain

I have alpha 4000 with DU4.0d.
The system disk rz8 has the root_domain(rz8a), local_domain(rz8h),
usr_domain(rz8g), swap(rz8b).
Sys_check has reported that usr_domain has BMT trouble: pgCnt is
fragmented.I want to increase the BMT page size for usr_domain only!
I must specify that I don't have(for the moment) a new disk to use
addvol/rmvol, but I must solve the problem.
I have a plan specified below, but I want to know if you think that is
correct or if you have anything to add, or any other IDEAS.
Also I must specify that the local_domain(the place where I makethe vdump of
usr_domain) is not empty.
Can I do vdump/vrestore in any filedomain which has enough free space? Is
there any limit?

1. vdump -0 -f - /usr|vrestore -x -f - -D /local/usr;
(backup with dump to local_domain of usr_domain)
2. umount /usr
3. rmfdmn usr_domain; (removing
the usr_domain)
4. mkfdmn -x 512 -p 14400 /dev/rz8g usr_domain; (creating
new usr_domain with increased page size)
5. mkfset usr_domain usr
6. mount -t advfs usr_domain#usr /usr
7. vdump -0 -f - /local/usr|vrestore -x -f - -D /usr;
(restoring the usr_domain from the backup fileset to the usr_domain-old
location)

Will affect negatively that the increasing hasn't been done with advfs
utilities?

Any help/idea is useful!
Thanks to ALL!!!!!
