My query was :

Greetings fellow sysadmins,

I am installing a new Tru64Unix site from scratch
and am looking for ideas for "best practice" methods
of managing the site documentation. Any suggestions
for tools or practices would be appreciated.

I got a number of responses. My thanks to :
Jim Bostwick
Randall R. Cable
Stanley Horwitz
Richard Westlake
Reg Beardsley
Robert Otterson

The suggestions included :
System documentation in HTML on a centrally available server
        RCS (with helpful scripts)
Big Brother system and network monitor
        SysAdmin magazine references
Pointers to web references (included below)
