freeware web based DNS management tools

Hello Managers,

Are some of you using some freeware web based DNS management tools ? In
fact more than the management itself, I would like to have some Web tools
to consult the /etc/namedb/hosts.db file and sending some requests as :
- what is the IP number for 'host' ?
- what is the name of host x.y.z.t ?
- which are the hosts in the x.y.z subnet ?
and so on

It could help some folks installing or re-installing new computers to find
free IP addresses.
