I am really stumped!
We just upgraded 2 members of our 3 member ase cluster from
4.0a to 4.0d. The 3rd member is still at 4.0a.
Each of the ase members serve several nfs services
all of which are administrated through ase.
Since we upgraded the ase members to 4.0d,
several win95 machines can no longer connect to the
services served by one of the upgraded ase members. The win95
clients get an error message: Access Denied! The win95
clients can connect to the services offered by the the
other upgraded ase member, but the access is very slow.
Access to the ase member still at 4.0a seems
normal.
All win95 clients are running Hummingbird Maestro v6.1.
Has anyone seen any incompatibilities between Maestro
clients and Digital Unix nfs servers?
The ase members at 4.0d are loaded with the latest
patch level. (as of 2/27/99)
pcnfsd and mountd -i -n are running on all DU servers.
thanks,
bob
