[Q]MBONE on Digital Personal Workstation 600au... has anyone done this?

Folks-

Has anyone setup MBONE applications on a PW 600au? The documentation I've
read indicates that the 'vat' application requires software called 'AudioFile'.
But AudioFile does not appear to contain an audio server 'device' compatible
with Digital Personal Workstations.

So how do you set up AudioFile to work on a PW 600au?
