HSZ70 won't stop screeching

We have a couple new HSZ70 RAID controllers. I shut them down and powered
off the cabinet for a day. Upon powering them back up the controllers are
screeching non stop. At first I thought it was because the batteries were
low, but they have charged up again.

Does anyone know how to make them silent?
