Request for Systems Management software suggestions

I am looking for Systems/Network Management software suggestions for a
Digital UNIX 4.0x/NT 4.0 (Intel and Alpha) environment. I'm having a
problem finding packages that fully support Digital UNIX. Can anyone
provide me with some insight as to what they are using?
