DECnis W618, are split clock speeds possible ?

Hello,

Setup : AS4100, DU 4.0B, X.25, DECnis 500 with one W618 card.

Does anybody know if it's possible to drive a W618 port using
split clock speeds, i.e 64 kbps for transmit and 256 kbps
for receive ? (Clock will be supplied by the external device,
and there will be only one port used on the DECnis, so there
should be no risk of aggregate bandwidth problems).
