tru64 gurus:

Has anybody had any experience doing telnet printing to a port on a
DecServer 90
(or any other model for that matter) from systems running Tru64 UNIX 4.b
or better

I can get print jobs to print but I have to keep logging out the port on the

decserver in order to get the next job to print...Is there a better way to
print to these
units....LPD or any such setup.....I am printing to dot matrix printers and
need form control and most of the other goddies for labels and reports.

I can print through the old vax system with LPD but I get form feeds
introduced
at the wrong places. And this system is going away eventually so I need a
long term solution.

I usually buy AXIS print servers for this type of stuff but budget prohibits
that for
awhile..and this should not be that difficult as I do it with AIX on some
RS/6000's...

thank
