allocating disk space for filesets

hi all!
Suposing that I have a disk drive rzX of 7 GB(example), and that I've
created 1 filedomain
"domain1" on the entire disk(/dev/rzXc), I want to know :
how can i allocate 3 Gb to fileset "set1" and 4 Gb to the other one fileset
"set2" ?
