Administrivia: list name changed

The list is now officially called Tru64-UNIX-Managers. Wherever you
used "alpha-osf-managers" in the past, including the submission
address and when interacting with Majordomo, you should, and in some
cases *must* use "tru64-unix-managers" instead.

For now, submissions to alpha-osf-managers_at_ornl.gov will succeed. On
or about April 16, this alias will be disabled.
