SUMMARY: dxaccounts won't run b/c files are locked

I deleted the file /etc/.AM_is_running and all seems well!
-rw-r--r-- 1 root system 0 Mar 15 15:46 .AM_is_running
It was dated before the reboot so what I am guessing happened is that
dxaccounts exited in a abnormal way (possibly had
something to do w/ the reboot) and the locking file stayed in place.
