Hi all -
We've got two clusters, each running 4.0D w/ TCR 1.5. Usually, we do dual
installs/configs of everything to make sure that the members of each
cluster are configured alike (so i.e. both machines provide the same
options and capabilities to the user). They are fairly in tune with each
other, but occasionally they get out of "sync".
My question to the list is how do you go about syncing them and keeping
them synced? Do you have a shared mount for source/local binaries? CVS for
configuration files? Another method to keep them "exactly alike" (baring
obvious difference like name/ip and specific clustered services)? A cron
to distribute "common" files or to verify the binaries/similar configs are
alike?
thanks and
cheers,
